Hello Again,

Just wanted to say thank you to all our friends in the Cuchara Valley who have been calling and e-mailing us the last few days. The show of support has been amazing. Helped me understand that the cranky people are not the majority. You realize after you spend 15 years somewhere just who your friends really are.

We are having a wonderful time getting to know our kids again and it feels great. My son just turned 12 and for the first time in his life, he didnt spend it in my office. A breath of fresh air for my family and I that will be sure to resurge our respect for life.

The real estate phone continues to ring however and lots of interest in listings over the last couple of weeks. I will return to Cuchara this week to show multiple people real estate. Hopefully we can sell a few before I will no longer be in Cuchara for the winter. After October 1st, Eric Bachman or a broker from the La Veta office will handle the showings and listings as travelling back and forth will become to much.

The support of so many mean so much. Thanks Eric and Jerry and Karen at Bachman & Associates. The best place to work ever. A great boss and great company!

Ok, I will shut up. You get the message. I will miss you all this winter.

Point is, so many see the challenges I faced. Walked with me at times through it. The things people dont realize that go on in a little town. These people always wanted to help. To pitch in and make it work. To do anything it took for the common good.

Heres hoping that the town will come together. Maybe soon it will. I wish it all my best. When I return in the Spring, my role will be minimized and more capable for me. Looking forward to it.
