Good morning everyone,
Hope this finds everybody doing well. Its another white day here in Cuchara. Woke up to about 4-5 inches of new snow and still snowing as of now at 6:00am. Looks to be a pretty big storm on us. I am betting we have a foot or more by tommorow.Springtime in the mountains!

I got my computer back yesterday after that nasty virus brought me crashing down. The one thing I did in getting it fixed was to upgrade to Windows 7. Just an FYI to all of you, I love it. It works so much better than Vista or XP. Lots of new features that really make it easy to use.

I am writing up a contract today on a nice piece of property out near Majors Ranch and I also will be writing a small deal on a property in La Veta. Its nice to see some real estate business coming back.

I am still trying to put together some sort of deal to get the Timbers Restaraunt open this year but havent had much luck. I am hoping this will change and someone will see the potential of the BEST real estate opprotunity on the market right now.

Sheri and I will be working in the office today but I expect we will be out plowing snow most of the day tommorow. Its been kind of fun this year. I drive the Bobcat with snowblower and bucket and my lovely wife drives the snowplow. Its a team effort that has worked pretty well this year and ( dont tell her I said this ) She works pretty cheap, although I suspect she doesnt mind getting out of the office for a while either.
